Every consultation follows the same straightforward process. You choose the certificate you need, complete a short online medical questionnaire, and submit any supporting evidence. A GMC-registered doctor then reviews your case individually, determines whether a certificate can be clinically and ethically issued, and delivers the signed document digitally.
There are no automated approvals. Every case is assessed by a named, registered doctor. If a certificate cannot be issued on clinical grounds, you receive a full refund.
