The flagship platform is MedicalCert.co.uk, a UK-focused service where GMC-registered doctors review online consultations and issue signed medical certificates the same day. MedicalCert currently offers 33+ certificate types, from work sick notes and fit-to-fly clearances to sports medicals, student absence letters, and housing support documentation.

Clinical Oversight
Clinical decisions are made independently by GMC-registered doctors who are accountable to their regulatory body. Documentation is issued only where there is a clear clinical basis.
Dr Maria Knobel (GMC 7495073) provides clinical oversight for the platform as Medical Director. She is a GMC-registered GP, MBBS BSc(hons), and Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Her registration can be verified via the official GMC register.
All doctors on the platform hold full independent GMC registration, have NHS clinical experience, and maintain their own professional indemnity insurance.
Platform & Administrative Structure
MedicalCert operates as an online platform. Payment processing and digital administration are managed through the United States limited liability company. This administrative structure provides secure infrastructure but does not replace clinical oversight or professional regulation.
Clinical services are provided by UK GMC-registered doctors acting in accordance with UK professional standards.

Access to timely medical documentation can sometimes be difficult within traditional healthcare pathways, particularly where appointments are limited or documentation is required for administrative purposes rather than ongoing medical treatment.
Nobel Medical was established to provide a structured, clinically governed alternative for individuals who require documentation such as sick notes, travel certificates, or supporting letters. The platform enables secure submission and independent review without replacing a patient's usual GP or primary care provider.
We do not provide emergency care, diagnosis for complex conditions, or substitute ongoing medical management. Where appropriate, individuals are advised to consult their own GP or relevant healthcare service.
